Designed With Kids In Mind
Every kid needs a fun, safe, caring environment with consistent adults who remind them that they matter, they are loved, and they belong.
Trinity’s Children’s Ministry curriculum and events are designed to be an interactive and encouraging experience where kids can learn about Jesus and create friendships with those around them. Each week, kids will be connected with committed, safe, trained leaders who are assigned to their specific grade level helping them connect the day’s message to their life in real, fun ways.
Sundays + Wednesdays for Kids
On Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights, pre-schoolers - 5th graders will come together for a fun activity (songs, games, skits, etc.) in the Children’s Worship Space before breaking into small groups based on grade levels for games, a short message, and activities that relate kids to the week’s Bible story lesson.
All kids programming meets on the 2nd floor of the Turner McCall Building.
We know it can be hard for children to sit still for extended amount of time. And that’s okay! At Trinity UMC, we offer small groups for children from 8:45 a.m.-12 p.m. where they can grow, learn, and play in an age appropriate environment while their parents are in adult Sunday morning small groups and Sunday morning worship services at 8:45, 9:45, & 11 a.m.
Special Retreats & Events
Trinity’s Children’s Ministry goes on regular retreats and special trips to places like Camp Glisson in Dahlonega, Ga and hosts Vacation Bible School every summer.
Preschool + Childcare
The goal of our preschool and childcare environments is to provide excellent care for infants and toddlers in a safe space led by loving and trained individuals so parents are enabled to worship knowing that their child is receiving quality care during their time there.
Trinity UMC offers childcare during all worship services on Sunday mornings, Wednesday night programmings, and special events and meetings.
Trinity UMC also has a Mother’s Morning Out Program called PALS available during the week throughout the school year. To learn more about PALS, click the button below.
